Laura Linney
Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February 1964. Linney is an American actor who is well-known for her talent in portraying strong characters who are also fragile. Linney was born into an theatre-loving family, with her father Romulus Linney writing plays. Linney graduated at Brown University in 1986 and later studied at the Arts Theatre School in Moscow as well as graduated at the Juilliard School (M.F.A.) located in New York City in 1990. She was in New York City when she began her Broadway career. She was praised for her performances in both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
